At Santiago TK-8 Elementary School, our Transitional Kindergarten (TK) program gives our youngest learners a welcoming and engaging start to their educational journey.

Through developmentally appropriate, hands-on learning experiences, TK students build important early literacy, math, social-emotional, communication, and school-readiness skills. Children have opportunities to learn, explore, create, and develop friendships in a supportive classroom environment.

TK Enrollment & Eligibility

Transitional Kindergarten eligibility is based on California's current age requirements. Families should refer to the Santa Ana Unified School District (SAUSD) for the latest eligibility, enrollment, and registration information.
